Federico did not find a personality label. He found a living system of tensions: freedom and containment, vision and territory, sublimation and transmutation.
Used well, typologies do not reduce; they orient. They are mirrors made of different materials, offering complementary angles.
Numerology and symbolic metabolism complete the system: 7 meaning, 5 freedom, 3 expression, 4 structure; experience turned into energy for action.
A company also needs to metabolize: to turn raw experience into learning, method, decision, boundary, system, and value.
The map becomes dangerous when it replaces life. The challenge is to turn understanding into embodied practice.

The end of this exploration was not a closed answer. It was a more demanding finding: Federico was not looking for a name for his personality, but for a way to recognize the full volume of his being. He did not want a label, although labels sometimes help create order. He did not want a cage, although a cage can disguise itself as a map. What emerged was a living architecture of tensions: an ecology in which body, mind, history, relationship, intuition, creation, and enterprise meet within one person.
The phrase that remained as a touchstone was simple: map, not reality; reference, not cage. It does not cancel the value of systems; it rescues them from caricature. A personality test, biotype, astrological chart, palm reading, coexistence matrix, VIA assessment, or learning profile is not the truth of a person. Each is a reflective surface. Glass returns one image; polished metal another; obsidian one that is darker and more ritualistic. Something of being appears in all. The whole of being fits within none.
The finding was not ‘I am an ENFP,’ ‘I am an Explorer,’ ‘I am sanguine-phlegmatic,’ or ‘I am a life-path 7.’ It was the recognition of a pattern persisting beneath different languages: a mind that detects invisible relationships, a sensitivity that absorbs contexts, a deep need for freedom, a vocation to give form, and an equally deep demand for containment, rest, body, home, and structure.
The exploration ceased to be a psychological curiosity. It became an inquiry into how a person can build identity without becoming a statue; how a strategist, artist, adviser, father, friend, creator, and director can stop living against his nature and begin designing the conditions in which to inhabit it more fully.
Every culture has tried to classify temperaments. Not because the human being is simple, but because social life requires orientation among differences. Classical humors, sacred animals, zodiac signs, archetypes, psychological types, Insights colors, learning profiles, and biotype matrices all answer the same need: recognizing patterns so that we can live with them.
The word judgment can become condemnation, but it can also mean discernment. Without judgment there is no orientation; without discernment there is no care; without care there is no relationship. The question is not whether we judge, but how conscious we are of the maps by which we judge.
Typologies are not destiny. They are references that let us ask: What environment strengthens this nature? What relationship drains it? What diet regulates it? What rhythm orders it? What conversation awakens it? What structure kills it? What freedom makes it irresponsible? What containment makes it fertile?
The value of a map does not lie in saying ‘this is what you are.’ It lies in opening better questions. A bad typology confines. A good one helps us design life more intelligently.
| Map | What it illuminates | Risk when misused |
|---|---|---|
| MBTI / Jung | Perception, judgment, energy, adaptation. | Mistaking letters for total identity. |
| Helen Fisher | Motivation and relational styles. | Over-biologizing behavior. |
| Biotypes | Energy, reaction, coexistence, regulation. | Turning temperament into an excuse. |
| Insights | Behavior, communication, social presence. | Reducing a person to a color. |
| VIA Character | Strengths and practicable virtues. | Virtue as a list without practice. |
| Symbols | Archetypes and inner images. | Mistaking metaphor for proof. |
| Numerology | Cycles, gifts, tensions. | Forcing coincidences. |
The journey did not begin in a laboratory. It also began in territories that might appear magical: the astrological chart, palm reading, symbolic animals, Saint George, Sufi tales, images of the mother, the hand holding fruit or touching the world. Here the magical did not operate as superstition, but as a language of access.
At times rational thought reaches a door but does not know how to open it. A symbol does not prove; it reveals. It does not demonstrate; it creates a disposition. It approaches what does not yet possess sufficient conceptual form. Astrology, the hand, and Saint George became narrative mirrors asking: What repeats? What image insists? What dragon stands in the way? What part of me asks for body, fire, or direction?
Freedom, horizon, and the eagle appeared: looking from above, detecting patterns, recognizing the forest. This connected with Federico’s craft: advising, ordering, and telling a client where a firm, brand, or system is heading. The reverse side also appeared: sensitivity that absorbs, exhaustion after holding others, and the need for psychic boundaries that distinguish one’s own emotion from the emotion of the field.
The symbol does not replace evidence. But sometimes it allows us to see what evidence does not yet know how to name.
Then came the documents: printed sheets, charts, bars, colors, test results, and earlier reports. There was Federico translated into partial data. Not absolute data, but evidence that different methods had returned a similar figure.
The ENFP profile appeared in Myers-Briggs assessments and Marina Margaret Heiss’s text. Insights Discovery located a combination of Motivating Director and Motivating Inspirer. Learning-style assessments showed intuition, visuality, and global thinking. Multiple-intelligence profiles pointed toward interpersonal, intrapersonal, visual-spatial, and bodily fields. VIA Character suggested a movement toward vision, judgment, creation, meaning, and the future.
No single assessment was enough. Together they began to form a constellation.
| System | What it showed | Narrative translation |
|---|---|---|
| ENFP | Intuition, openness, authenticity, connection. | Perceives possibilities before fixed structures. |
| Insights | Motivating Director / Inspirer. | Drives, convenes, directs, creates movement. |
| Learning | Intuition, visuality, global thought. | Learns through patterns, images, relations. |
| Intelligences | Interpersonal, intrapersonal, visual, bodily. | Reads people and self; thinks in images. |
| VIA | Hope, perspective, creativity, meaning. | Virtue becomes a practice of orientation. |
ENFP is often trapped in caricature: creative, scattered, sociable, likeable, spontaneous. At a deeper level, it is not simply someone with many ideas, but someone whose dominant perception detects invisible human possibilities.
Extraverted intuition looks at connections. This is why Federico can connect branding with philosophy, fruit with sensuality, markets with symbols, identity with operations, astrology with design, neurochemistry with diet, or conversation with a strategic matrix. To a linear mind this may look excessive; to a mature ENFP mind it is the natural way to read living systems.
The second layer is an inner compass. Novelty, adventure, and conversation are not enough: movement needs meaning, personal truth, and authenticity. To stop being who one thought one was supposed to be can be liberation or alibi. Mature integration does not abandon structure; it stops obeying structures that betray nature and redesigns responsibility so it does not kill life.
Federico’s ENFP appears professionally developed, with strategic thinking, method, direction, and the ability to build systems. Executive function is trained. The problem begins when structure stops being a tool and becomes confinement.
| Dimension | How it appears | Risk | Integration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ne | Connecting fields and patterns. | Too many fronts. | Choose a few axes and make work. |
| Fi | Authenticity and meaning. | Mistaking truth for impulse. | Distinguish deep desire from reaction. |
| Te | Method, direction, architecture. | Rigidity in order to operate. | Structure without betraying life. |
| Si | Home, body, ritual, history. | Neglecting the body. | Simple rituals sustaining expansion. |
Helen Fisher offered another mirror: motivational systems associated with neurotransmitters. The question changed: What behaviors does the nervous system favor? What environment stimulates or regulates? What bond turns a person on or shuts a person down?
The most precise reading was Explorer-Negotiator, with Director execution and a deep need for the Builder. Explorer through dopamine: curiosity, novelty, openness, connection. Negotiator through relationship, narrative, and contextual empathy. Director as a trained professional function: strategy, decision, synthesis, leadership. Builder as a regulatory need: home, body, rhythm, containment, continuity.
Federico does not need to become a Builder. He needs enough Builder so the Explorer does not burn out. The bear does not replace the eagle. It gives the eagle a cave from which to fly again.
| Type | System | Traits | Reading |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explorer | Dopamine | Novelty, risk, creativity. | Dominant: expansion and patterns. |
| Negotiator | Estrogen / oxytocin | Empathy, language, connection. | Deep conversation and context. |
| Director | Testosterone | Focus, logic, strategy. | Developed direction and method. |
| Builder | Serotonin | Order, ritual, stability. | Needed anchor, not dominant. |
The exploration moved the question from the individual to the system of coexistence. Federico does not exist in isolation: his identity is expressed in how he surrounds himself, whom he convenes, which functions he assigns, which energies he seeks, and which deficits he compensates for.
A formula emerged: choleric-phlegmatic character with a social-creative sanguine dimension. The choleric provides direction and execution; the phlegmatic, home and containment; the sanguine, air, conversation, connection; the melancholic, judgment, depth, and history, often contributed by others in the system.
A person does not simply ‘have’ a biotype. A person organizes life around complementary biotypes. What is missing internally may be sought outside; what is excessive may be delegated or regulated. The risk is confusing function with person. The opportunity is designing coexistence consciously.
| Biotype | Energy | Value | Shadow |
|---|---|---|---|
| Choleric | Fire of decision. | Directs, executes, protects. | Control and hardness. |
| Sanguine | Social air. | Connects and opens circulation. | Scatteredness and stimulation. |
| Phlegmatic | Water of containment. | Holds and protects rhythm. | Inertia and avoidance. |
| Melancholic | Earth of depth. | Analyzes and preserves memory. | Criticism and over-evaluation. |
Numerology completes a symbolic layer. It must be handled like the other maps: not as proof, but as a language of resonance. Four numbers appeared: life-path 7, karmic 5, number 3, and gift 4.
Seven speaks of inward search, meaning, and spirituality. Five of freedom, movement, body, and experience. Three of expression, creativity, and language. Four of structure, order, and method. The convergence is striking: 5 with the Explorer; 3 with the creative ENFP; 4 with the needed Builder and the ability to turn intuition into method; 7 with the introspective, meaning-seeking dimension.
Numerology adds no new cage. It adds one more reading of the same tension: freedom, depth, expression, and structure.
7 meaning · 5 freedom · 3 expression · 4 structure
| Number | Reading | Question |
|---|---|---|
| 7 | Interiority, meaning, contemplation. | How can depth become practice? |
| 5 | Freedom, experience, movement. | How can I move without fleeing? |
| 3 | Expression, creativity, language. | What concrete work is asking to be made? |
| 4 | Structure, method, construction. | What sustains without confining? |
VIA adds a different dimension. While other systems describe temperament or processing, it points toward strengths that can be practiced. It asks not only what someone is like, but which virtues are available for living and contributing more fully.
Hope, perspective, creativity, meaning, and future move the conversation from identity toward agency. Detecting patterns is not enough; what matters is what one does with that capacity. Needing freedom is not enough; what matters is how freedom becomes a responsible way of serving, creating, teaching, writing, orienting, or building.
The journey takes a public direction. Federico explores identity to refine his contribution: to say who he is, what he sees, what he offers, what method he has built, and how it can serve companies, communities, brands, clients, children, friends, and the work itself.
| Strength | How it appears | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Perspective | Sees patterns and offers broad readings. | Helps others understand systems. |
| Creativity | Connects fields, language, image. | Turns intuition into solution. |
| Hope | Orients toward possibility. | Sustains blocked systems. |
| Meaning | Requires significance in action. | Prevents soulless efficiency. |
| Judgment | Separates noise, signal, opportunity. | Sharpens complex decisions. |
The central addition is metabolizing. In Thought and Action, chapter 2.1, the body offers an exact image: food is not received intact. It is broken down, transformed, oxidized; it releases energy, produces ATP, and returns CO₂ to the system.
Experience works the same way. A difficult conversation, wound, intuition, beauty, loss, desire, meeting, breakup, campaign, image, or conflict enters as raw matter. Receiving it is not enough. The psyche must break it down, distinguish, name, and integrate. Something is released, something becomes available energy, something becomes action, and something is exhaled.
To sublimate is to capture experience and store it in form: photography, writing, conversation, work, gesture, class, brand, text, image. To transmute is to turn it into useful energy, symbolic ATP: not only beautiful work but decision; not only sentence but boundary; not only reflection but behavioral change; not only meaning but system.
Federico has sublimated for years. The question is how much can be transmuted into new action: business model, method, health practice, coexistence protocol, consulting offer, public work, book, course, tracking system, or daily ritual.
| Process | Symbolic process | Application |
|---|---|---|
| Ingestion | Experience as raw matter. | Conversations, crises, intuitions. |
| Breakdown | Separate signal from noise. | Name freedom/containment, eagle/bear. |
| Transformation | Process until energy is released. | Reflection, writing, conversation. |
| ATP | Energy available for action. | Decision, boundary, method, practice. |
| CO₂ | Exhale what no longer serves. | Release role, obligation, exhausted bond. |
The business application must not remain a ‘beautiful retreat’ or an emotional session. If Asimetagraf works with identity, strategy, and markets, it needs spaces in which experience can be metabolized. Organizations accumulate meetings, campaigns, conflicts, sales, failures, intuitions, reports, data, and feedback. Accumulating experience is not the same as learning.
A company that does not metabolize repeats. One that metabolizes turns what happened into a system: it learns what to keep, transform, exhale, and turn into action. A metabolizing space can become central to the method: not merely thinking and talking, but processing until experience becomes operable energy.
It can be a periodic practice inside AMG and a client service. It would not be therapy or conventional training. It would be a conversion laboratory: raw experience into clarity, clarity into judgment, judgment into decision, decision into system, system into value.
Thinking is not enough. Experience must become symbolic ATP: energy available for acting differently.
| Moment | Question | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Raw matter | What actually happened? | Facts, emotions, data, signals. |
| Breakdown | What components are present? | Problem, symptom, tension, opportunity. |
| Discernment | What is signal and noise? | Shared judgment. |
| Sublimation | What form does this deserve? | Text, image, learning, case. |
| Transmutation | What must change? | Action, boundary, protocol, system. |
| Exhalation | What must be released? | Closure and cleared load. |
A sign of maturity is the change in language. At first the words sounded like fixed identity: ENFP, Explorer, Builder, eagle, bear, sanguine, phlegmatic. They then moved toward verbs: inhabit, metabolize, sublimate, transmute, integrate, contain, exhale, design.
A label can freeze; a verb restores movement. ‘I am an Explorer’ can be an excuse; ‘my system needs to explore and regulate itself’ opens a design question. ‘I am an ENFP’ can be comfortable; ‘I perceive possibilities, but I need to close cycles’ demands maturity.
The new narrative should not say ‘Federico is this,’ but ‘he operates this way when fully alive; he is drained this way without boundaries; he creates value this way when intuition becomes system; he needs this environment not to betray himself and these practices not to live only from openness.’
| Cage language | Map language |
|---|---|
| This is just who I am. | I tend to operate this way in certain contexts. |
| I cannot change. | I can design conditions integrating my nature. |
| I am an Explorer. | I need novelty sustained by ritual and body. |
| I am an ENFP. | I perceive possibilities and must choose what to ground. |
| I need freedom. | I need freedom with sufficient containment. |
| People drain me. | I absorb context; I need boundaries and recovery. |
The journey would be incomplete if it ended in self-description. Federico seeks to turn understanding into value. Here it connects with his craft: identity as operating system, design as ordering, branding as the translation of the invisible into behavior, market, and relationship.
The personal and professional cease to be separate. The way he understands his identity illuminates how he helps others understand theirs. His work with companies also detects patterns, recognizes tensions, builds maps, designs structures for action, and prevents identity from being reduced to decoration.
What is learned in the inner laboratory becomes an external method: an intellectual position on how a living identity is built through body, symbol, history, evidence, relationship, language, and action.
| Personal dimension | Professional translation | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Detect patterns. | Diagnose identity. | See invisible tensions. |
| Metabolize experience. | Turn learning into process. | Avoid repetition; make it operable. |
| Sublimate into work. | Narrative, design, image. | Give form to latent value. |
| Transmute into action. | Protocols and decisions. | Turn identity into behavior. |
| Inhabit polarities. | Manage culture and market. | Design flexible systems. |
Seen from a distance, the exploration has narrative form. A man who has built brands, companies, relationships, families, texts, images, and systems suspects that his external maps also speak of his internal map. He places documents, assessments, symbols, conversations, photographs, memories, pain, strengths, animals, colors, and numbers on the table.
At first it looks like a collection. Then a constellation. A pattern appears, later a tension, and finally a practice.
The character asks neither the oracle to tell him who he is nor the university to validate him completely. He walks between the magical and technical, symbolic and methodological, hand and test, horoscope and Fisher, Saint George and VIA, color and glucose, dragon and mitochondrion. What looked contradictory becomes method.
This may be the most Federico-like quality: not choosing between worlds too soon. Letting the symbol, assessment, body, team, and company speak. Then doing the difficult part: not remaining inside fascination. Metabolizing. Choosing. Acting.
The journey is not about collecting more maps. It is about learning what to do with what the maps have already revealed.
A minimal regulatory practice emerges for a high-amplitude system.
Name the state: Am I exploring, containing, sublimating, transmuting, or avoiding?
Distinguish signal from noise: Does this open meaning, or merely stimulate me?
Close small cycles: Every exploration must produce a form, decision, or practice.
Protect the body: sleep, food, movement, silence, rhythm.
Regulate relationships: do not absorb the entire emotional system of others.
Design containment: enough bear so the eagle does not burn out.
Turn experience into symbolic ATP: What concrete action is born from this?

After so many maps, assessments, symbols, numbers, colors, animals, and metaphors, the most important lesson is not to keep interpreting forever. It is to live better.
There is no need for interpretations; there is life, celebration, act. The sentence does not cancel the previous work; it crowns it. We interpret in order to see. We metabolize in order to act. We act in order to live.
Federico made this journey not to confine himself within a typology, but to recognize the field in which his life takes place. Identity is not a label but an ecology. Freedom needs containment; vision, a body; creativity, method; the company, spaces for metabolizing; thought becomes more valuable when it becomes action.
The map remains on the table. It does not command. It orients. The territory is still alive.
